Singapore-born Australian cricketer Tim David marked his entry into Pakistan Super League (PSL) season 8 with a classic knock against Islamabad United on Tuesday.
David has stolen all the limelight before playoffs as Multan Sultans are about to advance to the next stage of this year's tournament.
After joining Shan Masood at the crease after they lost two wickets, David went berserk on United's bowlers. The right-handed batter smashed 60 off 27 balls to help Sultans post 205-5 in 20 overs.

David alongside Shan scored match-turning 80 off 38 balls to help Sultans post a big total. David contributed 48 runs in the dominant partnership which turned out to be in favour of Sultans. Shan scored 75 off 50 to play an important role in Sultans' big total.
On a batting-friendly wicket, Shan set his tone perfectly after David tackled the bowlers from one end. He struck 12 boundaries to help the Sultans remain in contention to put up a solid fight after losing a couple of quick wickets right after the powerplay.
